About the Event

I have a brand new Joint mobility RESET program on line and I want to share it with you. 

The morning will kick off wth 1.5hr NEW joint mobility workout to encourage the 3 S's; 

- Strength/ Stretch/ Synovial Squeeze (or the lubrication of your joints)  

- Increasing range of motion throughout the joints for amazing joint health 

- Teaching vital postural and movement techniques to help elimate pain and ongoing ailments you may be experiencing 

- A full lymphatic drainage whilst working the joints for a double cleanse of the joint structurs 

- Switching on the bodies importaint communication circuit the 'Central Nervous System'  

- Muscle and nerve activation through simple yet effective movements

-The importance of joint health and why joint mobility can add years to your life
